Two socket basic modlet has a solid red LED ring

The solid red ring means the modlet is overloaded. Tapping the modlet button will reset the circuit. If the modlet continues to trip, it most likely means both devices plugged into the modlet cannot run safely at the same time. For example, if a coffee maker and a toaster oven are plugged into the modlet's channels and are both on at the same time it might cause the circuit to trip. Consider plugging one of the two devices into a different outlet to avoid overloading the circuit.
