If you are trying to control your AC or device remotely using the ThinkEco smartAC app and you are getting this message it means the modlet is offline. It is possible the modlet or thermostat remote may only be temporarily offline, please try again later.
If you try again later and you are prompted with the same message you should reset the modlet and reconnect it to your WiFi.
